Jacey was struggling medically, and the Lord put it on her heart to remove dairy and gluten from her life. She struggled with it at first, but once she brought God into it, she was able to give it up.

The Lord gave Jacey a dream of Him asking her what He would be flipping in her stomach. He reminded her of when Jesus went into the temple and flipped tables because of people selling things in the temple. Then God reminded her that her body is a temple and she needs to recognize that what she puts in her body can either honor God’s temple or dishonor the temple.

Jacey has lost 65 lbs by seeking God and fasting. Remember that we need to first put our eyes on the Lord and seek Him with our whole heart and then the physical results will come.
