But for any transformational activity to be effective a paradigm shift must take place. An organizational paradigm is the wide set of norms, values, and practices in place that guide behavior and decision-making. Undertaking a paradigm shift means understanding why you need to take a truly revolutionary leap forward, and formulating the right plan to do so.
