They don’t lose focus in times of stress and difficult times, they develop their sense of empathy and pay close attention and make sure to correctly read situations, to either seek out opportunities or predict problems before they happen.
Politically intelligent people know how to Be team players and are socially intelligent, they know how to make and maintain relationships. They try to Understand Other people’s emotions and know how to deal with their wants, needs, and aspirations.
