Formula 1 is BACK! The 20 quickest drivers on earth get ready to embark on an eight-month long globetrotting championship - and as always we're here to preview the year ahead. I'm joined in this episode by The Mick Lav Podcast's resident F1 expert - Morgan Short. Morgan, an experienced driver himself gives his expert opinion on each of the teams, drivers and circuits that we'll see this season - as well as some pre-season predictions and guesses.

With the growing success of sports docu-series, I take a look at Netflix's formula and how their shows have become so successful. What makes them so watchable and how does that translate to viewership of each sport? I also take a look ahead to this weeks sport and the all important league cup matchup between Manchester United and Newcastle United.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Max Verstappen have both let themselves down a bucket full following their antics over the weekend and will now have to deal with the consequences of their tarnished reputations. Suppose that won't be too difficult with their millions in the bank!
