Live from the Nunnery Court Common Room! In this episode I welcome my friends from Uni onto the podcast for a chat whilst watching some football and having a few drinks. Compared to the usual format of the podcast this is a rather hectic episode and was more of a roundtable conversation! During it we cover a range of topics from favourite foods to favourite sports and delved briefly into the world of conspiracies. Great craic was had by all!

In this episode I am joined by my long time neighbour and one of my best friends, Blake Austin. Both living in Derby, we discuss University life and living away from home. The rest of the episode consists of a lot of sports talk, sh*te talk and reminiscing on stories from when we were young. Hope you enjoy!
Finally! After what seems like a lifetime without recording I finally got the finger out. I spent this past weekend in London for a couple of reasons and I absolutely love that city. I was there covering and watching the NFL and also celebrating my Dad's 50th Birthday. And saying as I haven't recorded an episode in forever I thought this was the perfect opportunity to ramble and recap on the weekend's events. Enjoy!
In this episode I'm joined by Daragh. AKA "The Guinness Guru". We chat about the Guru brand, how it started, how it's going and where he would like it to go. We also talk about the ideal setting for pints, the crazy drinking antics over lockdown and plenty more - Hope you enjoy!
Inspired by the excellent renditions of National Anthems at the Euro 2020 tournament, I decided to compile a list of the best occasions on which an Anthem has been performed. In this episode I list five occasions and cover six Anthems and discuss the meaning of Anthems and why people and countries treasure them so dearly.

Reviewing and returning to the predictions I made last August ahead of the 2020/21 Premier League Season (Including some shockers). In this episode I am delighted to have been joined by Adam Casey, a passionate West Ham Fan and one half of the ASAP Podcast. We discuss the title contenders, relegation teams and individual awards. Adam also shares his background on how he became a West Ham fan.
Ranging from Moana to Mamma Mia! This episode has got just about everything. The biggest and best soundtracks from the world of film all boiled down to less than an hour! Some sing-alongs and some heavy listening all for good measure. This was great craic!

In this episode I am joined by my brother Ciaran in an impromptu guest episode which turned out to be a lot of fun! Can't wait to have more guests on in the future moving forward! We discuss a wide range of topics and answer questions from listeners on some crazy topics!
So, the powers that be have announced the formation of a brand new European Super League which will permanently include 15 of Europe's most elite football teams with 5 spaces for others to qualify on the basis of the previous season's merit. A decision which will shake the footballing world to it's core and one which reeks of financial corruption and greed. This episode is myself ranting and letting off steam about the decision whilst also trying to explain what is happening for those who don't know.
