Atlanta Falcons General Manager Ian Cunningham talks about why he felt coming back to Atlanta with the Falcons was the right choice for him, when he felt he was ready and prepared to be a GM, if he's done any actual GM duties yet, coming in as part of a full-scale leadership reset, working with Kevin Stefanski as the head coach, the head coach-GM relationship, having to now take his vision that he shared during his interview and make it a reality, the most important decision the GM has to get right is the players who fit the organization and vision, the difference in being the head of the organization and not just another voice in the room, how early it is in the process to be finalizing roster decisions, needing to bring players that most benefit the coaches system, and the adjustment for his children becoming Falcons fans.
