Hanna Delgado's collegiate career was going along just like anyone else's. A senior worried about finals, the next stage in her life and stepping out into the real world. That all changed one year ago when Delgado made a diving attempt at a fly ball, jammed her head into the bottom of the centerfield wall and broke her neck.

Jabbar Muhammad has always had a blueprint to follow when it comes to his path on the football field. Dante Moore has always been the star when it comes to his ability on the football field. Moore was a highly touted, highly recruited five star recruit coming out of Michigan in the 2023 recruiting class who initially committed to being a Duck before old pal Chip Kelly pried Moore away to the UCLA Bruins. As if college isn’t hard enough as a freshman and quarterback of the football team, Moore received news that his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, something that rocked him to his core. Looking for a fresh start, Moore transferred to Eugene this past Spring and has gravitated towards something else new for him this year…being a backup. Ready and waiting, Moore has embraced the role and knows his time will come, whenever that may be.
