He said only formal and concrete government actions counted — filing a lawsuit, say, or making an administrative determination. Routine political courtesies like arranging meetings or urging underlings to consider a matter, he added, generally do not, even when the people seeking those favors give the public officials gifts or money.
That still leaves prosecutors plenty of room to pursue classic bribery and kickbacks. But there was widespread agreement among prosecutors and defense lawyers on Monday that the decision would make it harder for the government to prove corruption.
So my point in bringing this up is because this isn’t the first time the Democrats have come after a Republican candidate.
Why did they come after McDonnell?
First they wanted to taint the Republicans in Virginia.
Second, it was rumor he was going to seek the nomination for the Republican party to run for President.
Remember when he was elected in 2010, he said I hope to follow in the footsteps of people that came before him and mentioned Patrick Henry in his acceptance speech.
So law fare has always been in the playbook of the Democrat party.
Let’s all remember Donald Trump could have prosecuted Hillary Clinton.
She had the private server – that is against Federal Rules.
What was she doing on that secret server?
She should have been prosecuted for that.
Being magnanimous Trump said he wouldn’t prosecute her.

Dr Antony Fauci is – The sum of all elite evils.

I spoke w/ Kurt Wallace yesterday and learned a little more about his family history and the more I talk w/ him the more fearful I get.
Show trials are eerie and they are ramping up here in the United States.
Relativism –
If Mr Science went into a room and incinerated all the children in the room, Raskin would have given him forgiveness for it and said ‘it had to be done’ for the ‘safety & security’ of the country.
The left seems to never be satisfied w/ anything.
There weren’t enough children aborted, there weren’t enough dead from COVID, there weren’t enough LGBTQ children and so on.
Dr Fauci was unrepentant.
He basically said he would do it all again.
I don’t want to live in a society where these people have any type of authority.
These people scare the crap out of me.
The thing that really should scare you is there is no amount of killing that will satisfy them.
Remember the green tents that kids that were in band had to play their instruments in?
They each had numbers on them, you know like a prison number.
Each kid had their specific number, they were infection #29!
That is subtle programing of these children.
No cross bubble contamination.
The point being here for the rest of those kids lives they are scared.
They are going to have PTSD from what we did to them during COVID.
There are no amounts of fines or imprisonment that will make up for what was done to that generation.
We now know that their little lungs weren’t developing as they should have b/c they where inhaling their own expiration while wearing a mask for 8 hours a day.

All cases of myocarditis and pericarditis during the study period occurred in vaccinated individuals.

Even if migration is limited to 2,500 per day for a full calendar year, the number of crossings would reach 912,500.
Hundreds of thousands more have been allowed into the US using the CBP One app, with 529,250 migrants to gain admission as of the end of this month since appointments increased to 1,450 per day last June. Biden announced the program in January 2023.

Phantom Force – Deception was a major part of the Allied campaign plan. To mislead the Germans into believing that the Pas de Calais — rather than the Cotentin Peninsula — would be the site of the invasion, Eisenhower’s staff created a mythical 1st U.S. Army Group. Gen. George S. Patton, the American general the Germans most respected, was assigned to command the phantom army and saw to it that known enemy agents received information on the status of Patton’s force. Components of the fictitious command indulged in extensive radio trafficking to signal to German intelligence analysts that a major military organization was functioning.
Ghost Army – The 1st U.S. Army Group’s efforts are not to be confused with the deception tactics of the 23rd Headquarters Special Troops, also known as the Ghost Army. The unit, which was employed in the immediate aftermath of the Normandy invasion but has little relevance to D-Day itself, was recently awarded the Congressional Gold Medal.
The Resistance – In support of D-Day, the French Resistance’s primary utility was in the gathering of intelligence, the destruction of German logistical and communications capabilities such as railroads and telephone lines. The Allies understood the large-scale coordinated military action by the Resistance would probably not be possible prior to D-Day, but the British Special Operations Executive and the American Office of Strategic Services’ Special Operations division did work closely with the Resistance in the lead up to D-Day.
Airborne Assault – To facilitate the Utah landing force’s movement into the Cotentin Peninsula, the U.S. 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions descended on the peninsula by parachute and glider in the early hours of D-Day. The paratroopers were badly scattered. Many were injured and killed during the attack, and much of their equipment was lost, but the brave paratroopers fought fiercely, ensuring that the men landing on the beaches would meet their objective.
The Cost – In the course of the daring invasion on June 6, 1944, nearly 160,000 Allied troops landed by sea and air on the heavily fortified French coastline. More than 9,000 Allied soldiers were killed or wounded in Normandy — the majority of them American. Although the toll was heavy, by day’s end the Allies had gained a foothold to begin liberating Europe.

When Hillary Clinton, from sheer paranoia, set up her own private server to conduct business as secretary of state, the FBI naturally took an interest. I worked for many years in a classified environment. If I had done anything similar, I’d be writing this from my austere prison cell. But Clinton wasn’t me. She belonged to a different class. The FBI rapped her knuckles gently, called her out as a bad example, but refused to prosecute.
When Joe Biden mishandled classified documents in an apparently egregious manner, he attracted the attention of a special prosecutor. The ensuing investigation proved without a doubt that Biden had violated the law. If I had done the same thing, and stashed government secrets in my garage near my trusty Rav4, I would never see the light of day again. But again, I’m not Biden. He belongs to a special class. The prosecutor’s report admitted Biden’s guilt but refused to prosecute because the president of the United States, leader of the free world, was too old and dotty to be held accountable.
Then there’s Trump. The New York State district attorney, Alvin Bragg, is a Democrat with powerful political motives to bring down the likely Republican nominee. That should be a scandal but, in the ethical muddle of our age, it seemingly isn’t. The actual charges concocted by Bragg against Trump I leave for the legal experts to parse. None of them rose to the level of Clinton’s server or Biden’s garage sale of secrets. But Trump is the monster that haunts the nightmares of the privileged class. He must be prosecuted in multiple times and places, convicted, fined hundreds of millions, imprisoned, annihilated, pulverised.
The whole process stinks of desperation. If the progressive elites who run the Biden administration felt confident they could defeat Trump at the polls, we would hear Homeric laughter ringing from the White House and its pet organs in the news media. But Biden is terribly unpopular, even among his base. America’s elites fear and mistrust the American voter. They have lost faith in democracy, a system that in 2016 delivered the power of the presidency to the monstrous Trump, and they dream of a rising class of Platonic guardians, people exactly like themselves, with the right pedigree, the right opinions, the right manners, who rule not because they have won an electoral lottery but in perpetuity, as a reward for their superior virtue.
Don’t we want to share our ‘Democracy’ with the whole world?
It isn’t working here so why are we exporting it?
You have a class of people here that have determined for themselves that they are what this country needs.
They are so virtuous and smart they should rule over us.
They all have the pedigree, they all have the diplomas from the swanky universities and therefore have been born into the position of elite ruling class.
You may have a small say locally.
You may be able to stop things from being done locally.
So what do we want our government to do for us?
Arrest bad people and put them in prisons and keep them there.
Everything Henry, Mason and all said would happen has come to pass.

There’s a reason there’s no justice in the legal system: it runs on its own internal logic. I don’t think there’s cause to believe Cruz-Mendoza received such a light sentence because he was an illegal immigrant. Instead, it seems, in accordance with legal precedent, he couldn’t receive a greater sentence for the charges received, especially since he pleaded guilty to them.
Which means the problem lies with the charges themselves. When looking at the totality of circumstances, you have to wonder how on Earth Cruz-Mendoza wasn’t charged with felonies.
So we have a judicial system problem it seems.
Jefferson County Courthouse on Friday, the state focused on just that, as well as Cruz-Mendoza’s criminal history of reckless driving. He’s also been ordered to return to Mexico 16 times and has a criminal history with drugs, stating to police shortly after the crash that he drinks frequently and uses meth occasionally.

If Churchill and the Allies weren’t perfect in all their decisions, then the myth begins to crumble. Remember: relentless propaganda is necessary to support any Empire.
Any criticism therefore is an attack on the religion of American Exceptionalism. So its disciples just revert to name-calling (“Nazi Apologist”) because they fear any objective look at the historical record might weaken that religion and the American Empire.
To be clear, this doesn’t mean every criticism of Churchill and the allies is automatically right, or that some actual Hitler sympathizers don’t use these criticisms to advance their vile views. But that doesn’t negate the fact that our history books are mostly propaganda organs for supporting the continued dominance of the American Empire, so they ignore any problematic decisions made by Churchill and the Allies.
I highly recommend Pat Buchanan’s book “Churchill, Hitler, and ‘The Unnecessary War’: How Britain Lost Its Empire and the West Lost the World” for a deeper dive into bursting the Empire’s founding myth and its prophet.
Where do we get the myth of American Exceptionalism?
Don’t confuse that with not having exceptional Americans.
There are Italian exceptionalism, German and English too.
How do you prove American Exceptionalism?

I toured, in 2022 – Melania’s hometown and school in Slovenia and even sat in with a Slovenian band that had recorded a tribute song to Melania. Melania’s command of five languages and her uncanny ability to move through the top celebrity circles in Europe before coming to the US suggest she is no shrinking violet when the chips are down.
With Melania’s forceful upbraiding of the press and the investigative agencies, is that our international group of researchers’ tireless efforts are paying off. We will have a massive amount of information ready for an inquiry if the Former First Lady decides to lead an independent investigation. If the House Trump Assassination Task Force continues to drag its feet, this is a likely possibility.
My conclusion is that the Sheriff is still responsible for their SWAT Team, not a Federal Agency. My conclusion is Sheriff Tony Guy abdicated responsibility if his SWAT Team for the Trump Assassination Roof.
