We were still stuck w/ Too Big To Fail, 2 bailouts, 2 Trillion Obamacare, Cash for Clunkers etc until Trump came along in 2016.

There was no pie in the sky from 2008 – 2016.

So Trump comes along and signs some EO’s that allowed us to breathe a little bit.

If government just gets out of the way, you see something amazing happen.

The American people are ingenious and will work their way out of holes IF the government allows them to do so.

Nothing has transpired that would change my mind that this was a controlled demolition. 

This is just a continuation of Obama’s start of the controlled demolition. 

The Biden Regime is basically making it illegal. 

They have been so good at this demolition, they can’t seem to stop it.

There is no stopping some of what Biden has set into motion.

Most businesses say the price hikes they are facing are more than the official inflation numbers suggest. One-third say elevated neighborhood crime is reducing their earnings. That means small businesses would face a 20% tax hike, the end of bonus depreciation, and higher tax brackets on their earnings. This massive tax hike would throw today’s stagflationary economy into recession.

I don’t want to be an unpaid employee of Walmart.

Have you ever seen a kid hanging out in front of a grocery store waiting to help older women pack their groceries into their cars?

The news comes after the US’ largest employer announced it would be laying off 2,000 warehouse employees who pack online orders, and would be working to have 65% of its stores automated by 2026. 

About 55% of packages that it processes through its fulfillment centers will be moved through automated facilities by January 2026, improving unit cost averages by about 20 percent, the company said.

So automate everything but who ultimately loses?

A HUMAN!

Walmart, which employed approximately 2.1 million associates as of January 2024, also closed three of its tech offices last year, and ask many of its staff to relocate to central corporate hubs. 

Last month,  it announced it would cut all 51 of the health clinics it has built in the last five years, as it attempted to build a bigger healthcare business.

We can’t even have a civilized debate or conversation. 

My estimation Congress was out of control when they were discussing steroids w/ baseball but now you have Transgender drugs for kids and NOTHING.

Make it mandatory that schools give sterilizing hormones to boys and girls?

You think a Congress that is populated w/ over a 1/3 of women that argue like this over eyelashes can accomplish what needs to be done with this country?

Charlotte North Carolina 

Ali and Matt Dees Wedding 

No it was not a Catholic wedding but it was a joyous occasion. 

Camp North End – 

Mostly Hipsters and Homos, but the concept is really nice.

Here is what I thought was interesting, 

Plaza Midwood – free concert w/ street vendors and beer and wine, very family friendly. 

STARK contrast to what was at Camp North End.

God was visible there.

The Godless place of Camp North End was sterile. 

I’m all for the diversity and all but if you are going to pick one, the good true and beautiful was Plaza Midwood.

I do applaud the effort to revitalize the old train station, you still need some beauty and family there.

There was a used book store at Camp North End and I found a gem.

Dracula – paperback book for $5.

So we visited two very different places in Charlotte.

Both were nice and well planned out.

Both were good in their own respect.

Stonewall Jackson was a well respected, well mannered Southern military gentleman. 

There was no one Confederate, Union, it didn’t matter they all admired his character.

He is also prized at West Point at being one of the greatest military minds.

The Southern Poverty Law Center’s Intelligence Project, which maintains a database of more than 2,000 Confederate memorials nationwide, is not aware of another case of a school system restoring a Confederate name that was removed, said senior research analyst Rivka Maizlish.

HEADLINE: The Big Green Transmission Coup by The Editorial Board 

Whether you want solar panel electricity or not, you are going to get it.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer must have uncorked some vintage champagne last week after the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission finalized a 1,363-page transmission rule to accelerate the green-energy buildout. Now Democrats can bypass Congress on permitting reform.

As Mr. Schumer suggests, tens of thousands of miles of new transmission are needed to reach the climate lobby’s net-zero nirvana. But this won’t be quick or cheap. Princeton researchers in 2021 estimated the grid buildout will cost $3.5 trillion by 2050—and inflation has further run up costs for everything from copper wire to transformers.

Why should I obtain something I use all the time and rely on it to run my business, why should I obtain it 700-1,000 miles away?

I won’t bore you w/ the details but none of this would have happened w/o Roosevelt. 

This is the simplest problem of all to solve.

If we wanted to solve the ‘energy crisis’ you would simply need to advance something called Molten Salt Reactors. 

MSR = Molten Salt Reactors

Initially developed in the 1950s, molten salt reactors have benefits in higher efficiencies and lower waste generation. Some designs do not require solid fuel, which eliminates the need for manufacturing and disposing of it. In recent years, growing interest in this technology has led to renewed development activities. 

MSRs also generate less high-level waste, and their design does not require solid fuel, eliminating the need for building and disposing of it. These reactors can adapt to a variety of nuclear fuel cycles (such as Uranium-Plutonium and Thorium-Uranium cycles), which allow for the extension of fuel resources. They can also be designed as nuclear waste “burners” or breeders. The high-temperature heat generated by MSRs can then be used for electricity generation and for other high-temperature process heat applications.

We need to start repealing all of this as soon as we can.

Unified Reich Hoax

Donald Trump ad the he retweeted or reposted – has become the topic of MSM.

The person that made it was NOT part of the Trump campaign.

Someone simply used a paid for background of Vintage Newspaper.

That vintage newspaper template had ‘unified reich’ typed in the headlines.

This may be the greatest hoax and lie of all time.

A guy named Rob Schmitt from Newsmax did all the research on this.

Give him FULL credit here.

He wanted to know exactly where the ‘unified reich’ was in that ad.

This is how fearful they are of us.

They pulled this out of obscurity. 

They are afraid of you because you have conviction.

Fan Trailer – 

A fan produces an ad for his favorite candidate and he puts it out on Truth Social and tag Trump in it.

Trump from the courtroom reposts it to his account.

There is nothing objectionable in it, content wise.

But because the left is so intent on comparing Trump to Hitler they went frame by frame, blew it up and saw the ‘unified reich’ text. 

So where did this vintage newspaper come from?

It is a template that ANYONE could purchase for vintage footage in a video.

An AI bot scans this video and catches the word ‘reich’.

That is the only way it was spotted.

Name your MSM network, they ALL ran w/ the story that the Trump ad had REICH in it.

Then they of course compare Trump to Hitler. 

Let me get to the punch line.

The newspaper that had the word reich in it is from 1871.

I must have missed where there was a Hitler style reich at that time.

HEADLINE: Trump braces for final act of his historic criminal trial by Stephen Collinson 

The final arguments will go ahead following an unusual weeklong break in the trial that occurred since Merchan wanted to avoid final arguments and jury instruction being interrupted by the Memorial Day holiday. When people that have a public footprint, remember now, these people at the Chapel rely on me to give them the announcements on all things happening w/ our community.

It made me think about my position with all of this. 

It would seem to me I would need the permission from the congregation to attend this rosary of reparation.

If I go, I put a target on the back of the chapel and I had not considered that.

I have to separate here – 

If your goal is to make an act of reparation for an obscenity in your community, there is a way to do that w/o confronting that in public.

You attend Mass, and have Holy Hours w/ adoration and veneration.

We always tend to think WE have to do everything.

We should believe that God has this.

What do we go out there and do?

Cause chaos?

Shouldn’t we just know that God will take care of this?

Do we think so highly of ourselves that WE have the power to stop them?

Do we not believe in the power of prayer?

If we truly believe in the power of prayer and God shouldn’t we simply pray and fast and leave it up to Him?

Donald Trump NY Trial

Supposedly he was so mortified if the Stephanie Gregory Clifford aka Stormy Daniels story came out, it would ruin his chances at beating Hillary Clinton. 

This is supposed to be election interference.

If you do everything in your power to win against Hillary, it is election interference.

Judge Merchan will give instructions today to the jury.

He will instruct them to punish him under x, y, and z. 

I wouldn’t put it passed this judge.

He has serious TDS and we all know it.

If it happens in a court of law, it gets recorded and it matters.

Here’s what they want.

They want the bailiff to read the verdict and they want him to say GUILTY on all counts or Guilty on all 32 counts and list them.

Hung jury would be the best and likeliest outcome.

The Judge will then say, nope go back and get me a verdict.

If this jury comes back and OJ’s him in the negative, I predict there will be violence and unrest.

Maybe this is why they did this to Trump.

I’m inclined to think the Democrat party thinks their plot is going to succeed. 

I literally spit water out when the BREAKING came out yesterday that the Regime Leader was going to make a primetime address to the Nation after the Trump verdict.

What is the reason behind this?

One – Is he will say we knew this was going to end in a hung jury and the justice system does work!

Two – I knew all along this scumbag was guilty and no one not even an American president is above the law.

How many of you know what the Appeal to Heaven flag is?

The Pine Tree Flag (a green pine tree on a field of white with the motto, “An Appeal to Heaven”) originated in Massachusetts and appears initially to have been used by the Continental “Navy” (i.e., the six schooners to our credit). Some suggest the flag might have been used at the Battle of Bunker Hill. 

The importance of Bunkers Hill and Breeds Hill – 

We should all have a Bunker Hill flag.

At this battle General learned that American Continentals knew how to shoot a musket long rifle. 

The American patriots were defeated at the Battle of Bunker Hill, but they proved they could hold their own against the superior British Army. The fierce fight confirmed that any reconciliation between England and her American colonies was no longer possible.

So this is now supposed to be a code word for Insurrection.

You can’t appeal to Heaven if you are dancing with the devil.

In order to obtain a conviction on someone in an American court, a defendant is entitled to a jury.

This is an assault on due process.

The 5th Amendment to the US Constitution is the supreme law of the land.

A state Constitution can’t abrogate the US Constitution. 

He was already denied Due Process.

5th Amendment – No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

So no state shall deny.

The state of New York has now denied Trump Due Process of Law.

Yesterday when the jury instructions were given by Judge Merchan, to the shock of people watching this, even the liberals, NEW LAW – you can convict him and I will accept it as a unanimous verdict if you bring me 4-4-4.

Basically you find a crime, or make one up and come back and tell me you all agree he committed it and I’ll take care of the rest.

Donald Trump Trial

We are some of the most morally corrupted humans in history.

Maybe we aren’t beyond dashing into the breech to stop this.

In Bush v Gore – 

An attorney who argues against my prior posts re Bush v. Gore essentially asserts that the jury might convict based on tax law or false invoices, etc., but not a constitutional issue.  Further, he argues, that if the judge stays sentencing during appeal, there would be no reason the U.S. Supreme Court would take up the case.

Unfortunately, this misses the point entirely.  This would not be an appeal based on the jury’s choice for conviction.  It would be based on the actions and process used by the state court and the prosecutor (that is, the state) to get a conviction — that is, to interfere with a free and fair election.  That is the purpose of all the manipulation and absurd rulings from the state court on behalf of the prosecution.  The state appellate process has nothing to do with this as a federal constitutional matter.  And, of course, the urgency of the High Court taking up the case quickly seems obvious: every day that passes, this unconstitutional state interference has an impact on the federal election.

Richardson v United States

At trial, Richardson proposed to instruct the jury that it must unanimously agree not only that he committed some “continuing series of violations” but also that the he committed each of the individual “violations” necessary to make up that “continuing series.” In other words, the proposed instruction would have required the jury to unanimously agree on which three acts constituted the alleged series of violations. The judge rejected Richardson’s proposal and, instead, instructed the jurors that they must unanimously agree that the defendant committed at least three federal narcotics offenses, but did not have to agree as to the particular offenses. Subsequently, the jury convicted Richardson. The Court of Appeals upheld the trial judge’s jury instruction. 

So this case has already been heard, done and proven to be ILLEGAL! 

QUESTION: Does the “continuing criminal enterprise” statute require juror unanimity as to each specific violation of federal law for conviction?

CONCLUSION: In a 6-3 opinion delivered by Justice Stephen G. Breyer, the Court held that a jury in a “continuing criminal enterprise” case is required to agree unanimously not only that accused committed continuing series of violations, but also which specific violations made up the continuing series. Looking to the language of the statute, Justice Breyer concluded that in the law “each ‘violation’ amounts to a separate element” and that combined with a “tradition of requiring juror unanimity where the issue is whether a defendant has engaged in conduct that violates the law,” calls for juror unanimity. In dissent, Justice Anthony Kennedy expressed the view that the Court’s decision “rewards those drug kingpins whose operations are so vast that the individual violations cannot be recalled or charged with specificity.”

So the SCOTUS said it must be UNANIMOUS for a guilty charge.

They have to single out charges or charge.

They have to come back on 1, 2 and 3 if there are elements to the charges.

It is already a miscarriage of justice.

The Judge violated what they call precedent. 

And he violated it with impunity. 

So what happens now?

Was this the intent all along?

Maybe the entire case was already planned out for this outcome?

The sheer audacity of this, it isn’t being done to the local corner store clerk, this is being done to a former United States President. 

They are actually going to do this. 

This is not a one off here folks.

This is the current regime saying we are going to retain power and you citizens out there are irrelevant and that guy, your leader, won’t be out in public to lead you anymore.

It is far more likely they will do this again to others.

They rang the bell twice yesterday for clarification.

There are instructions that the jury has to follow before they can reach a verdict. This is complicated and this is lengthy stuff. It took the judge over an hour to read it to them.

One of two things you can’t say Trump did this and he knew about it b/c Pecker said he never had a conversation w/ Trump about it and Cohen is a proven liar.

SCOTUS case decided in 1999

According to the Supreme Court what Judge Merchan did yesterday is illegal.

Now Mark Levin said this applies to the Trump case.

In Bush v. Gore, five justices agreed that there was an Equal Protection Clause violation in using differing standards of determining a valid vote in different counties, causing an “unequal evaluation of ballots in various respects”.

Trump didn’t have the right to face his accuser. 

He had the right to call as a witness anyone that can back his story up or that is an expert.

The Judge refused to hear from that witness.

That wasn’t the only one either. 

Here we have a state court, acting without jurisdiction,...

Donald Trump Found Guilty on All 34 Counts

HEADLINE: Trump Found Guilty on Feast Day of Joan of Arc, Patron Saint of Prisoners and Hero of Patriots by Rebecca Mansour and John Binder 

The Judge was going to dismiss the jury for the day at 6pm and then he changed it to 4:30 and then all of the sudden they had a verdict.

Yesterday was a day that will live in infamy.

The first guilty verdict was read yesterday 3:14pm.

Guilty on all 34 counts.

Do you know what the counts were?

We don’t either, no one knows.

This all began when the election was stolen.

When we were on live and you saw Trumps leads just evaporate.

Let’s reset the clocks here – that was Phase 1.

Remember Biden came out and declared victory and ended all his speeches w/ God Bless Our Troops.

That is code for the OP IS A GO!

Phase 2 – January 6th

I estimate we are either in Phase 5 or Phase 6 of this operation.

One of the phases was taking over the Justice Department.

This isn’t 1980 Reagan v Carter….this is WAR and they intend to win.

They didn’t do what they did yesterday in the courtroom and not anticipate the outrage. 

Phase 3 – Lock up your opponents. 

Phase 5 or Phase 6 is the Sentencing of Donald Trump

The maximum sentence for each count is 4 years.

So Donald Trump is looking at 136 years. 

Judge Merchan will sentence him to prison.

Don’t think these guys don’t want him in prison, that was ALWAYS the goal.

This is about maintaining RAW Power.

I agree w/ Tucker Carlson, if they can’t keep him in jail and the polls don’t turn in their favor, don’t think for a second they won’t attempt to kill him.

This government is not beyond assassination.

William Briggs Twitter – The verdict itself was expected. The fix was always in, which is why they had the farce in the first place. It’s amusing to wonder what those two lawyers on the jury said during deliberations: “We are Experts. Here is why we must vote to convict.” 

There is no accident that the sentencing is only a couple of days before the Republican party were to announce “convicted felon” Trump as their official pick. This gives us a good six or seven weeks of solid propaganda, followed by “polling” which will show that many discover they do not like the idea of voting for “convicted felon” Trump.

There is an appeal here and we know it but, it is very difficult to overturn any conviction.

However we have been hearing the left scream about how the SCOTUS is illegitimate and unnecessary. 

Is this part of the lefts plan?

What is the Biden Regime willing to do? How far will they go?

What if the SCOTUS vacates the decision?

They won’t stop using “Convicted Felon” every time they talk about Trump.

Now Fannie Willis can still run around and spend money on themselves and trips and NOTHING happened to her.

Willis and Wade are walking free today b/c they DIDN’T keep a ledger b/c they used cash money for everything.

So b/c Trump kept a ledger thinking he was doing the right thing, he is a convicted felon.
