With the current state of social media and the spread of misinformation/racist speech online, Michael discusses a new manifestation of soft subtle bigotry aka... Mayonnaise Supremacy! Mayonnaise is a substance that likens to the quality of racism on the fabric of society, in plain sight! The way mayo sticks to a sandwich and is messy, parallels the same way White Supremacy functions in America and throughout the rest of the World. 
The Equation: 

Mayonnaise = White Racism, (even though it doesn't have to be carried out solely by someone who is white)
Mayonnaise Supremacy=White Supremacy (or an ideology that is Anti-Black!)

This episode Michael gives two lightly meaningful solutions to people who come from impoverished backgrounds aka... the so-called  "Ghetto",  for how to break free of poverty/the environment of it... if wanted!

The Two Tips: 

1. Seek education discipline and employment in the Financial sector (Finance, Accounting & Banking) for economic upheaval

2. Navigate around Financial assault and economic barriers aimed at the Hood (predatory Interest Rates, Fees, Logistical Monetary traps like speed cameras, get rich quick schemes, etc.)

Bonus Tip: Place yourself in spaces where people can do something for your monetary freedom and take advantage of what is Free in order for you to receive the Financial Literacy you want!

This episode discusses how times are confusing and ambiguous, and because of that, our sight of God has become complicated. Michael proposes a new form of religion which is more accepting than the current state of organized religion.

Some important things to think on while listening:

• Do you feel fulfilled and spiritually satisfied currently?
• Does your Church (Mosque, Temple, etc.) accept you or judge you for your flaws?
• Has the religion that you support become out of touch with the youth in your community?
• Is there a disconnect between the newcomers of the faith and the elders?
• Have we swayed away from the general self-haven/safe space of Church and the original version of the faith?
• Is it time to START OVER and reset our religion in order to implement a new spiritual and community lifestyle of Purity, Love, Joy, Fulfillment and Peace?

Death is such a horrible thing and also a Taboo subject! Here Michael gives a few tips on how to Deal with the death of someone close to you.

The Following are constructive steps that can help ease the pain:

1. Keep moving!
2. Find someone to replace the love lost/find an outlet for the pain
3. Get a Therapist/Somebody to talk to discuss that pain
4. Buy something with the deceased one's essence/reminds you of that person
[Recommend starting a foundation or scholarship for that person]
5. Accept that they are gone and Compartmentalize! (Keep pain in one space)

6. Do something to let it go and breathe (Meditation, Spa, Massage, Sauna, etc.)
7. Cry - to release and let it completely out & immediately after be Happy - buy you're favorite thing (food, candy, concert ticket, amusement park, etc.) [Cry & Happy exercise]
