Today I am going to give you an intimate, behind the scenes look at how I was able to heal from devastating driving related panic attacks that started in 2022 and had me unable to drive for over a year. This was a huge challenge for me as I previously used to LOVE driving and never could have imagined that in my 30’s I would find myself terrified to drive.

Now on the other side of these crippling panic attracts, driving with ease and peace, In this episode I will share more about my journey of driving-related panic attacks, triggers, the journey I went through, the dark and light moments, how I healed, and what I do currently to maintain this level of confidence and keep my nervous system feeling safe while driving.

If you have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks that have impacted your quality of life; I see you, I understand you, AND just know that there is hope for you. I hope my journey inspires you in some way!
