The Third in Line to the Dalai Lama, Geshe Lama Abay Rinpoche, teaches us techniques and benefits of strengthening our minds with meditation and mindfulness. When he was 12 years old, The Dalai Lama recognized Rinpoche as a reincarnated esteemed Lama. He has spent his life studying Buddhist Philosophy and wisdom.
