In this episode I share some powerful examples from clients' lives of shifts that happened rapidly and the logic behind it. I share the reason these shifts happened so quickly so you can understand how to make powerful shifts in your life too. From manifesting a dream job within 24 hours, to signing 8 clients in the DM's within 2 days, to halving your workload and doubling your income, all these shifts were made super quickly through releasing resistance. I talk a lot about energy, alignment and manifestation but really felt pulled to explain what manifestation is and isn't. There is a lot of confusion around this topic on how it works, what processes to use to "manifest" and in this episode I simplify.

Manifestation is not about getting what you want. It's an awareness you receive who you are being. Or, you receive a match to your dominant thoughts/feelings/energy on a subject. I explain why some things manifest easily, and why others seem impossible to manifest. This is a science, an art if you will. In this episode I break it down in an easy way that you can understand and put into action.

But let's make no mistake, this shit is scary. It's for the brave, the courageous, for those that know they are meant for more. Everytime I have "burned the boats" as Tony Robbins would say, when I have shut one door, another more magical door has opened. The void inbetween is really freaking scary, it feels uneasy, but there is a knowing that it's right. This is your guidance, this is your innate knowing. This is what you need to trust.

In your business this looks like full self trust, not being swayed from your own internal guidance and knowing by others. Your coach, mentor, guru doesn't know better than you, your soul and inner guidance is your truth. Can you accept support and know when to say no, to know when it's not aligned, to know your choices are right, even when everyone else is questioning them. This is your power. Trust it.

As I experienced a third illness this year and what feels like endless roadblocks, I finally surrendered. Surrendered deeper to the answers that I know are being revealed. I know my soul, the Universe has more it wants me to receive, to know, to own, to step into.

After the tears, the frustration, the feelings of wanting to give up I finally surrendered. I honoured myself, my rest, my soul. From this place we are fully open to receive. Sometimes we need to be very still, very quiet, very alone to hear the whispers. I know that it's in this space that everything will unfold. We have all of the answers within us. Sometimes we need to be brave enough to go into the void, to linger in the uncertainty, to trust ourselves deeper and know that the answers will be revealed.
