On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about the future in a way I have never spoken about before. What even is the future? What is this concept of time? I dive deeper into the false construct of time. We have been led to believe that somehow there is a time, or a place outside of this present moment. So let's just be clear, this moment is the ONLY moment that ever exists. It took me quite a while to get my head around this, but when I did my mind was truly blown.

For most of my life I have tried to escape the present moment. I have been rushing, striving, trying to "get there". But where are we actually all trying to get to? If we understand that we attract who we are being, then we realise that all of our power exists in this moment. The future isn't a place. We never get there. There is nothing to experience outside of the now. If it's the first time you've heard this talked about it is a lot to get your head around, but so incredibly powerful when you do.

When you truly understand just how manifestation works it makes perfect sense, and yet so many people still believe manifestation is about getting what you want. It's not. It's the awareness that you attract what you are being.

It might surprise you that the number 1 reason you aren't manifesting your desires is because of your reason Why. What motivates you? Why do you even want your desire? Why would it matter if you never received it? When you understand this you'll quickly realize why you might not have been receiving what you desire. Often you reason that you want your desire is the very thing blocking you.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I share my biggest lessons from 2021. As I enter this new year, I do it from a place of acceptance, of love, of doing things my way. I'm entering this year with a deep sense of gratitude. Gratitude for everything I've created, everything I've learnt and everything still to come. The lessons are clear, the visions are constantly expanding.

In 2022 I am carving a new path, integrating more deeply. Balancing the masculine and feminine, hiring new team, structuring more, planning more. Yet operating with more ease, more flow, taking more time off to rest. Hindsight is a beautiful thing. It gives a chance to reflect and evolve. My visions have never been so big and neither has my sense of peace. Everything is always working out for me, for you, for all of us.

I love the start of a new year, it feels like a time for reflection and to reset. This is not about new year's resolutions, but decisions. Calibration. Deciding who you are going to show up as. What you are committing to. Claiming the vision for 2022 and deciding to walk through the new portals of wealth and abundance. It's available for you. Are you ready?

Recently I found myself in a place of exhaustion, completely lacking physical and emotional energy. I needed rest, but I had been ignoring my body. There were so many things going on in my personal life and I had shifted into a place of pushing through and forcing, defaulting to old habits, and nothing was flowing. So I let go. I took a week off from my business and allowed myself to rest and have fun. Honouring me first, and allowing myself to find the balance again. Now, I'm finally ready for the next level, a new unfolding and I'm more excited than ever

Feeling like time is running out, judging your future based on the past, it's very easy to get caught up in the limitation of time. The truth is time doesn't exist. The only moment we ever have is right now, the present. The past is just a memory, the future a projection. Time is not what you think.

Today we dive deeper into understanding that in the quantum there is no chronological or linear time, all potentials exist in this moment. Things don't need to take time. As you calibrate and align to a new potential, it is materialised. When you release the construct of time and tap into pure potential your reality will shift faster than you ever thought possible.

Because working with clients that need you is draining. Yes, you have a service that helps them, but there is a different energy behind someone that "needs" you vs "desires" you.

Today we dive deeper into understanding that neediness causes lack. Neediness comes from not enough-ness, from a lack of self trust, from a feeling of codependency. When you attract clients that know they are enough but desire your help, it's expansive, powerful, it comes from an energy of self trust and responsibility. These clients will excite you, energise you, and these clients will receive the best results.

Your past experiences form your beliefs around your future potential. Imagine though if you woke up everyday simply full of possibility, pure desire and expansion. Imagine if every day was a new start and you could be, do or have anything you desired. That nothing you knew from the past was relevant and you could create anything you desired right now. This is true expansion. This is embracing the unknown. This is possible. Embrace it.
