On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about your relationship with the Universe. Often people have a relationship with the Universe that is somewhat like the relationship they have with their parents. They are trying to get things right, to prove themselves, to be worthy of the rewards, affection, love, results they desire.

But babe, the Universe is not your parent and it's not waiting for you to get it right. There are no conditions, rules, time lines, specific things that you need to do. You just need to decide. Decide what you're having, decide what you are a match too, decide who you are showing up as. And as you do the Universe will deliver.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I explore how beliefs empower you or limit you. The most important thing that I want you to understand about beliefs is that you have the power to change your beliefs, and you have already changed so many in your lifetime. For example you once believed in the easter bunny, santa claus and the tooth fairy and now you don't.

Many beliefs you hold were formed in childhood, and since you no longer believe in the easter bunny, why are you holding on to other beliefs that don't serve you? What you chose to believe when you were 7 isn't relevant anymore, but it is a choice. I talk about the power of decision, and while there are lots of methods to transforming beliefs, one of the most powerful is your ability to decide. To decide to change what no longer serves you, because it was never the truth anyway.

Sometimes it might be from working with clients that aren't ready for your work, or facilitating offers that aren't fully aligned, or doing things you hate in your business. It's time to honour you. Your desires, your energy, your rest, your joy.

I break down these common ways you can end up in burnout and what you can do about it right now. Often its small tweaks in your actions and boundaries, having more clarity, honouring what feels good to you, and releasing the stories and beliefs that are limiting you in your business. You get to write the rules, it's time to let go of what you think you need to do and actually listen to what you are feeling called to do.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about making peace with doubt. Doubt isn't the problem, it's your relationship with doubt that is. It's the judgment of that doubt that is really stopping you. Yes we can ease the doubt, yes we can shift it, but we can't rid ourselves of it forever. As we do new things it's normal to have some doubt. It's ok. It's time to make peace with it.

Often it's your need for certainty that is really keeping you in fear. It's needing to know how it's all going to work out. The deepest liberation you can ever experience is embracing the unknown, is being excited for how it will unfold. It's not your job to predict it. It's your job to move despite the fear, take action despite the doubt, and embrace knowing that it will all be ok.

You may be able to align with a $20K, $30K, $50K cash month, but is your business then slipping backwards? Do you feel like it's a fluke? The energy of achieving something and being able to hold it consistently are different. If you want to master consistent growth you need to understand the difference.

Often the energy of hitting a big goal can feel exciting, high vibe, perhaps it was fuelled by a big launch or a sudden influx of clients? The real question is can you sustain it? Have you made the feeling of receiving that much money feel normal? Or is that amount of money still on a pedestal, seen as a big achievement, but not the norm? Is your business set up in a way that you can consistently receive that level of income and feel good about delivering the work? Let's dive deeper.

As leaders, as coaches, as healers, we can feel like we should have all of our shit together. Like somehow we should be perfect, enlightened beings, and not be working through the same things as our clients. I'm here to tell you that just isn't true.

You can be both a work in progress and lead others in a powerful way. On this journey of expansion and growth, it's about integrating and embodying, however, there are always many layers. The work that I do with clients is a lifelong journey, I teach processes that help you to powerfully align with your desires and clear resistance. What that means is that I still use the same processes everyday. I still have to constantly clear resistance too. I don't have it all figured out, but I can still lead, coach and share my wisdom in a powerful way. Be kind to yourself, you don't need to be perfect, but you can still be powerful.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I share the 7 things I learned from being isolated for 7 days. After testing positive for Covid I spent 7 days alone in my bedroom. Surprisingly, I feel grateful for the experience. A week spent alone held some powerful insights, new appreciations, and a deeper acceptance for exactly where I was at.

I share the deeper gratitude I felt for my family, the awareness of my monthly cycle and acceptance of the emotions that it brings. I released the notion that I need to be productive, and really perfected the art of doing nothing. Not to mention my favorite Netflix series which definitely got me through. Laughter really is the best medicine.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about being afraid of fear itself. What even is fear? Why does it exist? Why do we try so hard to avoid it? Here's the thing… we all have fear, we can't escape fear. We can reduce it, reframe it, rewire it, shift it, but we will all still still experience fear. It's a necessary part of life, and so learning to dance with it, to move with it, act with fear is where your power lies.

The 4 biggest fears are the fear of failure, the fear of being seen, the fear of not being enough, the fear of being rejected. As a coach that's worked with a lot of people the same fears come up for everyone. But the deepest fear, what everyone is truly afraid of is themselves. The biggest fear is actually the judgment we place on ourselves. The stories we make up about ourselves. The meaning we attach to it. We all have the same fears, and we all have the choice… Are you going to let fear stop you or drive you?
