I use a fun metaphor of a caterpillar to illustrate this: a caterpillar might journal about manifesting juicy aloe leaves or a dream caterpillar partner, but it could never imagine the miracle of becoming a butterfly. Miracles take us beyond what we could ever plan or envision.

I also share my personal story of how music unexpectedly came into my life as a miracle. It wasn’t something I had ever dreamed about or worked toward, but it arrived in the most magical way when I stayed open and receptive to the unknown. This is the power of cultivating a space for miracles—things that are beyond our wildest imagination can come into our lives with ease.

Burnout is often oversimplified and is a nuanced topic, especially when it comes to leadership and building generative businesses.
