After a short hiatus we're back! This time we take a look at three films from one of Hollywood's most accomplished horror maestros. John Carpenter.

The Thing, Prince of Darkness, and In the Mouth of Madness all have a Lovecraftian feel and as fans of everything Lovecraft we take a look at these films and what they add to the wide world of Lovecraft influenced film and media.

The penultimate episode of Lovecraft Country is here sending us on an adventure back in time to yet another shockingly terrible moment in civil rights history.  As the plot points start coming together, is the show setting itself up for a grand finale?  Or is it poised to fall on its face?

The Alums take on the eighth episode of Lovecraft Country.  The end of the season is relentlessly approaching like a pair of dancing demon girls.  Is the series building up for an amazing conclusion?  Or is it wobbling off the rails?

The return (of sorts) of a beloved character!  Is it enough to keep up the momentum from last week's episode?  Or has Lovecraft Country's return to the main story also brought back the return of mediocrity?

Episode 3 of Lovecraft Country may have a house full of horrific-looking ghosts but was it "scary"?  That seems to be the bulk of our conversation this week as we reflect on the horror and pulp aspects of this series.  How did you feel about the episode?  Let's talk about it!  Comment here or on our social media!
