The Miskatonic Alumni Association

Taking time to share some thoughts on the second episode of the very interesting Lovecraft Country.  This is a discussion, not a review as there are plenty of reviews by very detail-oriented folks. We're still getting set up to provide the content we had planned.  Forgive us as we learn the ropes and, as always, join in on the conversation.  Our goal is to interact with fellow fans of Lovecraft's particular brand of horror.  We now have our Instagram and Twitter set up, so you can reach us there.  Plus we're putting these episodes out as a podcast as well, so you can try that out if that's your thing.

With our plans for this channel continuously on standby due to Terry still being stuck in South Africa, we've decided to share some thoughts we had about the premiere of HBO's Lovecraft-inspired drama.  Take a listen to our thoughts and please share your own!  Our goal is to hopefully discuss this with many other fans of Lovecraft and/or the TV show.

The first episode from the Miskatonic Alumni Association! Never read an H. P. Lovecraft story before?  Well, sit right back and let us opine on the stories we would recommend to new readers and why we chose them!

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, Terry is stranded in South Africa and has been unable to return to his home in Shanghai where all of his equipment is.  So for the time being we are putting up some casual, conversational videos.

NOTE: There is a big sound mishap in the last few minutes of the video where Bill's audio level gets cut in half.  We apologize for this as well as likely more errors as we get used to our recording and editing workflow.
