Maddie knew she wanted to be a physical therapist since middle school and here she is today, back in her hometown of Missoula as a fifth-generation Montanan doing just that. Maddie's goal and business's motto is to help people "Expand their range. Enhance their life." and she's truly doing that by highlighting the importance of physical therapy in their overall health plan.

Austin Pray might be the most interesting man in Missoula; you could find him at the bowling alley, the golf course, hanging out at the trampoline park with his kids and everywhere in between. On top of all his hobbies, he's also a marketing wizard helping all kinds of different business grow and scale their operations. Join in on this conversation as we dive into his story.

Mariaha has known the jewelry business her entire life; from helping her parents out at Chalet Jewelers since she was a kid to now owning Rogers & Co Fine Jewelry and Design. Her and her husband Matt also run Garden City Floral and Rogers Quarter Horses. It keeps them very busy and they are now passing on that same tradition to their own daughters.
