Kata Walters is a retired model. She spent 22 years of her career as a model and has now pivoted into real estate. She first realized the fact that she can't be a model forever, in her mid-30s, and with that in mind, she started formulating a backup plan.

She was always passionate about real estate, and she could see herself doing it for a really long time, and that's when she decided that it's time to make a career shift from modeling to a full-time real estate investor.
