In this episode the guys give updates as to what they've been up too the last two weeks! They talk about their preparation for the upcoming Spartan Race and their experience as they had the chance to see Dave Chappelle Live at the Hollywood Bowl! They then dive into their main segment of talking about the "Mother Wound" and how their experiences with their mother affected their relationships with women throughout their development.

This week we talk about self-sabotaging. The comfort we feel behind it and ways in which we're trying to validate our past so we can move forward. We hope our discussion resonates and reminds our listeners they're not alone on this fight.
