    Davonne Reaves is an award-winning hotel consultant, asset manager, and the owner of 3 hotels. She is also the Founder of Vesterr, the first crowdfunding platform for hotel investments, and The Vonne Group, a company she created to teach people how to become successful hotel owners. When Davonne acquired her first hotel under a major hotel chain at 34, both she and her partner became the youngest african-american women to accomplish this in history. Today, Davonne has educated over 4,000 people and provided a path to hotel ownership for many individuals across the U.S.
