On todays episode I am joined by a new friend :) Her name is Celine, she is a mother, military wife and Black Hawk Pilot in the Army Reserve.  During our conversation Celine opened up about her unexpected journey as a mother, her sweet little girl, and  working daily to figure out a way to balance motherhood and her career. Overall, it was an honest conversation about the struggles we encounter as women and mothers. Life doesn't always go as planned but we must learn to adapt and shift our mindset. Welcome back to another episode of the mom cast! Today's episode is my first collaboration with another podcast! This was super exciting for me, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to have collaborated with these two awesome moms! They are Natalie and Christina and they are the hosts of the podcast HOLA MAMA a bilingual podcast. Their podcast, like mine, is all about that mom life but they add in a little flare with their Spanglish conversations. In this episode we came together to talk about the pros and cons of Latino grandparents. In form of a round table, Natalie, Christina and I took turns sharing our experiences, gave each other advice and had some great laughs along the way. I got to chat with Rhi Pearson :)  Rhi joins me all the way from the UK! she is  a crossfit level 1 coach which includes coaching pregnant and  postpartum women,  she is a mom of 3 and co- owner of HALO fitness clothing! We talk about her journey as a mother, her motivation behind crossfit and starting her own fitness clothing brand. Rhi is such an amazing role model for all women and moms! she was super humble and sweet, so grateful for the opportunity to have been able to chat with her for a bit.
