Sometimes it's not the big goals or the resolutions that we set. It's the small habits that we build up every day or every week.

#1 normalize being done and that being ok! #2 when you are done, allow yourself to be done! Resting and recharging is just as important as all the doing.

It is totally ok to feel like you took a couple steps back these last few days! It happens!!! But now we have to get back up!!

Sometimes we have to recognize where the stressor is coming from AND do something about it. Merry Christmas from my family to yours!

There is a LOT going on this week! We have to remember why we celebrate Christmas. What is this season all about? What is God's intention here?

Do you REALLY listen to Christmas carols? Or are you surface listening? Let's look at some of my favorites and see if we are really listening.

Is your world aligned? What is throwing you off target? What could you change?

I have trained a LOT of people over the years and I have really narrowed down to my ideal client and the people that I can fill up the best.

I have been reading in Like and studying into the story of Mary and the things that she did. Her stepping out in faith and following God's plan is so beautiful and true to this day.

It's crushing, I know! But you have to figure out what works for you. Your system is going to be different than everybody else's and that is ok!
