When we want to focus on the stressful and overwhelming, STOP! Focus on the GOOD that is coming from this moment.

"Commit your work to the Lord and your plans will be established" proverbs 16:3 we have to give it all to God and talk with Him about what we are doing so that He can show up and do what He does best!

You did it, cool! Now move on!!! Drink some water, eat some protein and veggies and move on!!!
