Spending money is not always about scrimping and saving. Where and How you spend your money is a very important thing to consider.
In today's episode we're diving into how to choose stores that align with your beliefs and values.
Let's continue this conversation in the Budgeting for Self Care facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/selfcareformama
This week we are talking about pivoting your budget to reflect your pandemic spending, rather than your normal spending. That used to happen. Remember? When we used to leave the house to go places and spend money?
Yeah, me neither.
Ha! Anyway, whether you're spending more on groceries, less on vacations or can't remember what you did with your stimulus money, you are going to want to tune. in.
Today's episode is coming in the form of an inspired riff I recorded last year.
I swear, no child was harmed in the recording of this episode, although it might sound questionable during some parts.
Do your best to ignore the background sounds and listen to the message, it's good.
Stay motivated!!

WHAT IS FEAST OR FAMINE SPENDING? Getting paid, spending a bunch of money and then running out of money, scrimping and saving until you get paid again
It's not OK to wonder if you can spend money or not
It's OK to have misc. spending so you don't have to figure out if you can afford EVERY purchase. That's OK.
If you are running out of money before you get to the end of the month, that needs to change. You have a spending problem.
