This week, super simple - add another photo to your Google Business Profile. It's so easy AND effective - do not skip this one!

This week, add an "update" (sometimes also called a "post") to your Google Business Profile sharing any altered office hours you have for the rest of 2025. Google loves when you add any kind of update and this is an easy one!

This week, identify what marketing worked best for you this year and decide if it’s aligned with your energy to continue and maybe even double down on in 2026. 

This week, repost a previous Instagram carousel post that had strong engagement. You can change the background image of the first slide in the carousel to give it a slightly new look, and keep everything else the same, including the caption. 

This week we're focusing on patient reactivation. Reach out to 4-5 patients who fell off your calendar. 

An easy, warm script to use whether you are calling, emailing, or texting:

“Hi Alex, it’s Michelle from Ageless Acupuncture. It’s been a little while since I saw you, and I know you mentioned planning to reschedule back in October. I just wanted to check in and see how you’re doing, and ask if you’d like to get back on the schedule. No pressure at all — I just wanted to reach out.”

If you’re texting or emailing, add:

“Here’s the link to rebook: [booking link]. Please let me know if you have any questions. Have a wonderful holiday season.”

This week, craft a single, concise sentence defining who you help, their symptoms, and how you help them; then add it to specific places in your marketing so your ideal patient recognizes themselves easily. 

This week, fill in the "Service Area" section of your Google Business Profile with at least 3 locations that you want to pull patients from.
