This week, add three internal links on your website to boost your SEO. Super simple, big impact.
This week, your goal is to repurpose a testimonial into a graphic that you can share in multiple places. Let's get a lot of mileage out of that happy patient feedback!
This week: Ask one happy patient for a testimonial. That's it! We haven't done this since Week 7 so it's time.Â
In your request, you must include the direct link to your Google Business Profile review page. You can find this under "Ask for Reviews" when you're signed into your Google Business Profile.
This week's marketing strategy: Add a new photo to your Google Business Profile. To add a caption, you must upload the photo using the Google Maps app on your phone.
*The new recommendation is add a new photo every week (!) and multiple sources agree this helps boost your profile's visibility.Â
This is a very low-effort strategy, for a lot of return.
This week - Reconnect with a referral partner to remind them that you exist and would love to support them.
Mentioned in this episode: Simple, brief script to use as a template for outreach:
"Hi [Name], I was just thinking about you and the great work you do with [X patients]. How are you? How’s business? Hope you’re doing well. I’d love to reconnect soon. If you have a patient who might benefit from acupuncture, please feel free to send them my way. And of course I’ll continue sending people your way as often as I can. Loved your recent IG post on [xyz]. If there’s anything else I can do to support you and your work, please let me know.”
If you haven’t touched base with them in awhile, you can add,Â
“Should I still send you [xyz] kind of patients? Are they still your favorite /your focus? Let me know so I can best support you and your practice.”Â
This week, do an Instagram "repost" swap with fellow local business owners to give your account a major visibility boost.Â

This week, use 2-3 testimonials to create an Instagram carousel post.
Here is the Canva template for the post that I use for my practice, as mentioned in the episode: https://www.canva.com/design/DAGxfIiCZNQ/5NWrxrGhHYdUdxtSa0MAvg/view?utm_content=DAGxfIiCZNQ&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link&utm_source=publishsharelink&mode=preview
Once you click the template link above, it automatically creates a copy of the post, so you can begin editing immediately. You do not need to make another copy before editing.
This week, add a post update to your Google Business Profile to send strong "freshness" signals to Google.Â
Here's a template you can copy and paste for a very simple caption for your post. Sub in a symptom or condition that you love to treat and want more of:Â
“Acupuncture for [knee pain]. Did you know acupuncture can be very effective for [knee pain]? This is something we treat often in our clinic. We love helping patients get back to the activities they love. If you’re struggling with [knee pain], click below to make an appointment.”
