Ala came to BBM after years of doing intense workouts like CrossFit that left her with a thick waist, big traps, flat booty and a body that hurt.
She was stuck in perfectionism, planning everything down to the last detail, putting pressure on herself to get everything right, and leaving no room for creativity or joy.
Through BBM, she found a training structure that finally delivered the aesthetic results she wanted without the burnout.
