In this solo episode I talk about overcoming the comfort of the comfort zone, some lessons I received from a short solo trip to Croatia & how it is completely ok to fall off the band wagon to then just get straight back on.
Enjoy the show.

More Life.
Ben is a top top guy, and throughout his life he has faced some serious highs yet has also faced some very deep low’s.
In this episode we get to dive into his life story and see how it all began for him, bringing it right up to this present day. We discussed a lot of what he has faced during his life and how he has navigated it all.
It’s such an inspiring story for anybody listening,
I hope you enjoy
More Life
It’s been a while,
It’s been a difficult period of my life, a shift, a transition.
One way of living to another…
In this very off the cuff unstructured episode I briefly discuss my journey over the last 4 months of getting back into this ‘reality’ way of living.
I hope you enjoy

🎙 EP.6 Wild Health
I sit down with Lucy & Lyndsey co-founders of Wild Health a Plant based Cafe & Cocktail
I have been a regular customer of theirs since they began in 2018 so I have seen the incredible journey unfold.
This episode is an inspiring story for anybody who wants to start a business but is held back by fear and self doubt. Lucy & Lyndsey show what can really come from taking action and over coming the fear. 3 years later they have an established plant based brand and their plans for growth are really something to look forward too.
I enjoyed this so much it was good to get to know them a little more and there were plenty of laughs and as well as some valuable lessons I believe.
Thanks for the support once again it all means a lot.

This episode is close to my heart, as many of you may know how close I was with The Vine...I think I began to actually mistaken myself for the bricks at times.
It’s been a huge part of my life and I have changed so much over the years, this was great for me to look back and talk openly about my journey.
In this episode I talk alone for quite a long time lol soz...about my roller coaster journey with my business ‘The Vine Brentwood’. I touch base on how it all began, the ups and downs of running your own business in the hospitality industry and what it really takes and all the suffering it caused me. I spoke about the difficulties I found working within a family business and feeling like the odd one out. I began by going off track slightly and spoke about my past “football career” ..within that, I mentioned a great article I read by @1michaelclark where he wrote about the difficulties mentally etc within football it’s a brilliant read.
I hope you enjoy this listen

🎙 EP.3 THE Q&A ROUND OUT NOW.
This was was an interesting challenge for me, I found it difficult, in fact I actually ended up recording it 3 times because of a few reasons.
But here is the finished product.
I go through many interesting questions, talking about general life, what my plans are with my business @thevinebrentwood & a big question where I talk about my ‘Aha moment’ from when I was on holiday in LA seeing a friend. The story is one I swore never to tell but after time to think... that event was the last straw for me.
So, thanks for reading this, the love is real, enjoy the episode.
If you do enjoy it, it would mean a lot for me if I could get a rating/follow/subscribe.

EP.2 OUT NOW
I really enjoyed this, we let it go where it needed to
Me & Nico are new to this podcast world
So we are both looking forward to the day of when we watch this one back and laugh at how rookie it is.
But in all seriousness, I loved every minute of it, Nico may not know it but he is full of knowledge and wisdom, he’s a grafter and a true character who is always open to learning new things and I’m honoured to call him my first guest.
There’s so much more we could have spoke about but we’ll save that for round 2.
I’ve admired his mentality from an early age and you’ll see (or hear) he is a natural talker.
We hadn’t seen each other for years before I went on his podcast a few weeks back, we connected again and it was the perfect timing to do so.
He’s an inspiration of mine and I respect what he has been through.
He is somebody I now speak to regularly where we share knowledge, lessons, wisdom and laughs.
Also he is running a new YouTube Podcast called ‘Inside Colebys’ for the benefit of him to grow, meet new people and learn more about himself, alongside leveraging his already renowned family business Colebys Jewellers.
It’s not just watches & jewellery on his show, he puts out what ever feels right life/business/crypto etc..so be sure to check this out.
Once again thank you for joining me bro.
I hope you enjoy.
