It's opening day for the Syracuse Chiefs. Jason Smorol came by. Hollywood came by on his birthday. We had Pizza with Cam's pizza... it was a non stop busy morning on the Mess

We had the World Champion women's arm wrestler in this morning and Marty went DOWN! LOL. Shannon lasted longer but we think our champ was being gentle with both of us! We had a fun talk with you about your worst fashion mistakes (rat tails and skids were bad for all of us...) and we're getting closer to our eggstravaganza

Damn, these new hours are making us hungry! We talked favorite cakes, and favorite snack foods... Marty's getting scared to arm wrestle (or is it wrastle? lol) tomorrow!

We're on until 10am!!! So the podcast is a little longer... and that extra hour made us so hungry! Hoping DXN comes through with grilled cheese this week LOL

We're a week away from opening day at NBT Bank Stadium, and the man himself- Jason Smorol- came by to talk new stadium food, fun days to look forward to this season, whether his dog has pooped yet on the field... you know, Smorol stuff!

Yep. Apparently fanny packs are back! I mean, one trip to the state fair and you'd think they never left LOL. Speaking of the Fair... our pal Dave Bullard from the NYS Fair stopped by to talk 3 Doors Down playing Chevy Court on the new opening night of the Fair!

We've been hinting at it... and now you know! Starting a week from today (4/3/17) We are moving from 5-9am to 5:30-10 am!!! We found some really funny country song titles, we took a poll to find the favorite soda of the Morning Messers (and it was NOT the same as the national favorite at all!) and more on this busy Monday!

Marty worke HULK underoos as a kid. Thankfully he didn't say if he still does. Shannon had to deal with a mouse before coming to work, our salesperson Carrie had to deal with a DEER stuck in her fence before work... OH yeah, and we have a pretty big announcement on Monday morning!
