CANS FOR COFFEE! Two Fat Chefs - up until the 22nd of March 2026 - will swap a can of food for a coffee as part of a new initiative from fundraiser Top Up, run by Mal Bird. This initiative will see cans of food donated to Kapiti community organisations. For every can, another can will be donated by Star Fish Kapiti and PAK'nSAVE Kapiti. Catherine sits down with Mal in this interview to find out how this started. Two Fat Chefs are located on Marine Parade in Paraparaumu if you would like to swap your can of food for a coffee. Limit of one free coffee (with a can) per person per day.
