Marietta City Schools in Georgia has implemented a policy to limit the use of cell phones and smartwatches during the school day. Barnes and Leslie speak with Superintendent Grant Rivera in this exclusive interview. The decision was prompted by the observation that students spend more time on their phones than engaging in face-to-face interactions. The school board voted unanimously to approve the policy, and feedback from parents and staff was largely positive. The school will use specialized pouches made by a company called Yonder to securely store the devices during school hours. Teachers will have access to magnets to unlock the pouches in case of emergencies.

Traffic was chaotic due to roadblocks, and Rich found himself amidst a large group of anti-war protesters, complete with stereotypical "hippies" of both younger and older generations.
