The most pro-life states in America (on most recent polls) are Idaho, Utah, Arkansas, and South Dakota. But the voters in these pro-life states tend to go pro-abortion when they vote on referendums. What gives? We grapple with this question and provide a few answers. What's wrong with the heartland of America? Reform, however, must begin with churches who will take the principled stand—personhood from conception.
