Lawmakers from both political parties joined forces during a committee hearing where TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew testified on ways his company plans to address recent security concerns raised about the social media app. Criticisms surrounding TikTok were bipartisan as House Energy and Commerce Committee members expressed various concerns about the app and its Chinese-based owner, ByteDance including national security threats, data privacy, the spread of misinformation, and the safety of minors. As a Chinese-based company, it could be subject to Chinese laws on handing over U.S. data. 2) A request for Alvin Bragg’s testimony on tfg probe is ‘unprecedented,’ Manhattan DA’s office tells House GOP. The Manhattan DA’s general counsel, Leslie Dubeck, offered a scathing response to GOP lawmakers in a letter addressed to House Judiciary Committee Chairman, R-Ohio, House Oversight Committee Chairman R-Ky., & House Administration Committee Chairman  R-Wis. The request was “an unprecedented inquiry into a pending local prosecution” that only came about after tfg “created a false expectation” that he'd be arrested Tuesday. Now tfg wants everybody investigating him FIRED! 2 in NY, (a witch hunt), 1 in GA, (a perfect phone call) 3) Lindsey Graham was publicly admonished for soliciting contributions in a federal building for Hershal Walker. 6 more 1/6 thugs to get jail time. 4) Marriage American Style is going out of style... Why people are delaying/opting out of marriage and kids. WHY? Some say it's financial  student loan/credit card debt, wanting to get all the ducks in a row, degree, career, home ownership, setting the perfect mate bar at an unattainable height, waiting to lose 50 lbs and, on & on & on

1) A teen, Reid Mitchell was involved in the brutal attack on his Texas football teammate Cole Hagan and will serve 120 days in jail and 10 years probation after the victim's family showed him  'mercy,' in a plea deal. Reid Mitchell pleaded guilty to assaulting his teammate. 2) Missouri man, Larry Thomlison, 70, of St. Charles, was found guilty of first-degree assault and armed criminal action in the March 2019 shooting of 21-year-old Jaylen Walker, who was paralyzed from the waist down. Shooting the Amazon delivery driver in a dispute over a disabled parking spot.   3) During a Bible study at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, in Charleston, SC, Dylann Roof killed nine people, all African Americans, including senior pastor and state senator Clementa C. Pinckney, and injured one other person. It was a racially motivated hate crime. A federal appeals court upheld the death sentence for Dylann Roof, the white man convicted in the mass shooting in 2015 of African American members of Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina. 4) Forgiving Infidelity... Forgiveness can mean a partner wants to trust again at some point, but it may not yet be possible. Forgiveness helps the person forgiving find release from pain, while trust can allow the person who was forgiven to find release from guilt. The act of rebuilding trust also requires the participation of both partners and time.

Adrianne Ferree, Executive Director of The Makers Hub, a nonprofit organization, was born in New York in 1958, the child of immigrants from Argentina. Throughout her 30+ year career, Adrianne has held various roles in Los Angeles, including in the Engineering Department (4 yrs.) and the Sheriff's Department, where she spent 23 years at the LA Sheriff Department's Facilities Planning Bureau. Later, she oversaw inmate vocational programs at the Pitchess Detention Center for seven years and sustainability for five. During that time, Adrianne became keenly aware of the revolving door nature of the prison system, the lack of support for inmates to successfully transition back into society, and the need for environmental advocacy. A moment of epiphany occurred when she saw an inmate creating a beautiful piece of furniture in the woodshop and realized the potential for inmates to use their skills and talents to start small businesses upon release. This experience led her to investigate ways to provide access to tools for inmates, which ultimately led to the creation of a nonprofit, The Makers Hub. Despite initial challenges, she formed a partnership with Compton Veterans.

EWWEWW. She said she'd done nothing wrong, but her former employer FOX  paid out $4 million to settle out of court for doing nothing wrong.  3) A Dad was assisting his daughter in College with her car payments. Then one of his coworkers informed him his daughter was a stripper @ a venue about 40 miles away and stopped her payments. They get into a heated argument. Would you stop helping your child because you disapproved of their job while they are going to college?
