We recently paid a visit to the Southshore Bay community in Wimauma Florida which is a 2800 home community built around a 5 acre crystal blue water lagoon.  Rather than a community pool, this 5 acre oasis is the communities main amenities center.  In this episode we discuss what cool new community type looks like and where else you may see them in the future.
