Welcome Back to the Mini Series Glow up With God in a “ biblical sense “ . focusing on spiritual growth and aligning oneself with Christian values. Here are some steps to help you achieve a Christian glow up, including managing your weight in a healthy and faithful centered way.
1. Embrace Your Faith.
Daily prayer. Start your day with prayer and seek guidance and strength from God.
Bible study regularly, read and reflect on scripture to deepen your understanding and connection to your face.
2. Healthy eating habits.
Balanced diet focus on Whole Foods, like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid processed food and excessive sugar.
3. Physical activity.
Regular exercise incorporate activities you enjoy like dance walking cycling swimming. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise five times a week week.
Strength training, ladies it’s time to pick up the weights. Trust me you will not look bulky, but you will look lean. Strength training can help manage weight and overall improve our health.
4. Mental health and emotional well-being.
Positive mindset focus on positive thoughts and affirmations. Pray and meditate on scripture that reinforces your words and your purpose in Christ.
Stress management engaging activities that reduce stress such as prayer and spending time in nature.
5. Community and support.
Spiritual friendships surround yourself with like-minded ladies to share your faith and values
Church involvement participate in activities that you are drawn to women’s ministries children’s ministries media team.
Homework write out 5 affirmations. An example would be my fitness glow up is to walk 20 minutes a day..
