Are you lacking confidence?
In this episode I share 3 pillars that will help you get your confidence back! No matter what part of the journey you’re in confidence is something we constantly have to work on especially if your reaching new levels in life or in business.
I got off a call with the women inside the Mujerón University Program where we talked all about self confidence and I really wanted to share some of the most important pillars with you too!
Here’s what I go into detail on this episode:
1. Making deposits into your confidence account.
2. How to keep the promises we made to ourselves
3. Make the commitment to stay consistent
I want you to ask yourself these questions:
1. What areas of my life require more consistency?
2. If I were consistent what would my life look like in 3-6 months from now?
I hope after listening to this episode and journaling on these questions you commit to getting that confidence back.
If you are currently looking for mentorship I do have 2 spots open in August for Private Coaching. Schedule a call with me to find out more here.

Hola Mujerones Happy 2022! And welcome to SZN 2 of the Mujeron podcast!
So I don’t know about you but the beginning of 2022 was NOT as planned and after having to take a break I started feeling guilty that I wasn’t being productive enough.
I began to reflect and really sit in this feeling of how often I find myself feeling unworthy or an imposter when I am not being productive.
I want to share 3 steps to detach your self worth from your productivity:
I know that like me you have fallen into this cycle before because we are go getters. If you’re here listening to this podcast I know you wear many hats and have many counting on you to succeed.
So amiga remember your worth is NOT measured by your productivity.

Happy Thanksgiving Mujerones! We chatted with Latina Entrepreneur Marilyn Diaz about our Latino Thanksgiving traditions and how grateful we are for what our parents have done to get us to where we are today.
As first gen Latinas we saw first hand how much our parents worked for us to have the life we have today. Marylin recently share a quote that really resonated with me and many women in our comunidad that read like this, “Our families didn’t cross oceans and borders so that we could work, pay bills, and die. Our families followed their dreams so that one day we could follow our own dreams. Be brave in the pursuit of your joy and wholeness. Walk through the doors our families held open for us.”
Share with us what resonated with you most from this episode.
