It is possible to move past your challenges and unpleasant memories. When we allow our emotions to run our day, eventually our life, it will create a person far different from you. In order for you to overcome it, deal with it the non-food way because oftentimes, when we are sad we tend to eat... a lot and it might not be good for us. So the next time, there's an emotion rising up, recognize it, jot it down and ask yourself, what is it that will make me feel otherwise.
