God declared through the prophet Zechariah that He would make the sons of Zion like the “sword of a mighty man” (Zec. 9:13). On the highest level, this is the ultimate fulfillment of the original sign and wonder. When Adam and Eve were thrust out of the Garden, God set cherubim at the east of Eden and a flaming sword to guard the way to the tree of life. Only those who have “the spirit of wisdom and revelation” within their hearts can truly understand these hidden mysteries.
