Intrusive thoughts are sudden, involuntary thoughts that can be disturbing. These thoughts can be distressing for the individual, but they do not lead to harmful action.

Although everyone may occasionally experience sudden thoughts that can be distressing or uncomfortable, some individuals experience frequent,

involuntary thoughts that cause great stress and anxiety.

How do we choose people we fall in love with? The romantic answer is that our instincts will guide us to individuals who are good and right for us. But what if our instincts are wrong?

No one gets into a relationship to break up or get a divorce. We all really believe it is "until death do us part." If you are honest by this time and you are in the process of a break up or divorce, you were both already living in separate worlds. The scary part of  breaking up is that it is hard to do. Mostly because you already categorize yourself as a failure. It will shake every bone in your body. It is very important for you to come to terms with the pain of the break up. It is important to ask yourself continuous questions. Rather than blame your ex-spouse. Questions like, "What has kept me from seeing the signs?" How could I not see it coming? It's important to reflect and take time to explore your mind and heart.

There are infinite reasons why we make excuses not to do what’s important to us, and the more important something is to us, the more likely we’ll resist it.

How to break the cycle? By looking resistance square in the face and taking responsibility for finding a way instead of finding another excuse. By acknowledging what is really important, and committing to making it a priority.

I share this insight in the hopes that it encourages you not to feel intimidated  to do what you really want to do and love. Dare to follow your own path and find your way.

Emotional pain can be a powerful indicator that we are not living in accordance with our own ethical standards. When we feel pain, it is often because we have violated our own values in some way. The pain serves as a reminder that we need to make a change in our lives. If we ignore the pain, we may continue down a path that is harmful to ourselves and others. However, if we listen to the pain and use it as a guide, we can find our way back to a more meaningful and ethical life. By paying attention to our emotions, we can learn to navigate the challenges of life with integrity and compassion.

Confidence is a powerful trait that can ‌inspire others and take on life's challenges. As you gain more confidence, your outlook on problems changes from being afraid of them to see opportunities for growth in even daunting circumstances.

We often see confident people as creative leaders who ask “what if?” when others would say no or stop trying confident individuals don't let barriers get between themselves & success!

We all need to ask ourselves, "What kind of fuel are we using?" This is a question that many people find  asking themselves a lot lately. Am I motivated by love or by fear? And unfortunately, you may often find that it is fear that motivates you. Fear of failure, fear of not being good enough, fear of not measuring up. I have learned that this is not the kind of fuel that I want to use to power my life. Fear may give me a temporary boost, but it quickly runs out and leaves me feeling depleted. Love, on the other hand, is a renewable resource. It is always there for me, ready to give me the energy . Love will serve you and Fear stops you dead on track.
