Nate is back from vacation and sits down with rising Unatego senior, Dana Stepp. Dana was a 1st Team All-State selection last fall after helping the Spartans to the NYS Class-C Girls Soccer championship game. Dana tells us about her favorite memories from the season and how close she is with Coach Sue Herodes. We also discuss her basketball career including an exciting announcement for this upcoming year.

Nate welcomes Greg Bonczkowski to the podcast. Greg is the athletic director at G-MU. He also coaches 3 sports for the Raiders. They take a look back at Greg's basketball playing days at Hartwick College. David fills us in on his recent decision to leave his position as athletic director at CCS and take a similiar job at Mohonasen Central School in Section II. Nate brings on his first wrestling guest as he chats with Norwich’s Mikey Squires. He went 173-28 in his high school career and is a 4-time place winner at the state tournament, including two 2nd place finishes. He was the 2020 Valedictorian for NHS and will be studying and wrestling at Princeton this fall. A remarkable and driven young man!

Nate catches up with Unadilla Valley athletic director and longtime coach, Matt Osborne. He gives us his thoughts on how the MAC league is trying to handle the COVID-19 situation and what next year might look like. They look back on Matt's playing days and he tells us how he got his current job with the Storm. Coach Osborne also fills us in on the progress of the construction project on the fields at UV.
