Zungula says the name “brought together the British and Afrikaner in order to put their differences aside and oppress the black majority”.

There have been calls for more protests in Egypt after thousands joined rare nationwide rallies on Friday night. The protests had been called for by Mohamed Aly, 45, an exiled Egyptian businessman in Spain, who in recent weeks has levelled accusations of corruption at Sisi in a series of viral videos which have sparked unprecedented public debate. However El-Sisi has denied allegations of wrongdoing against him. How will the president and the army respond to one of the biggest challenges to their rule so far?

The commission has expressed shock and concern about the extent of women abuse under customary marriage and as such, the commission has intervened to stop a husband’s family from demanding lobola (dowry) back after the arranged customary marriage of eight years collapsed (this happened in the Eastern Cape).

Allegations surfaced last month that Etzebeth and a large group of friends had reportedly used a racially loaded word against someone in a pub.
