The Government Communication Information System, GCIS says attacks on Minister of Home Affairs Dr Aaron Motsoaledi over the Zimbabwean Exemption Permit (ZEP) are misplaced and should be condemned in the strongest term. Permit holders were given a year's grace period to apply for mainstream visas and unsuccessful applicants would have to leave South Africa or be deported.
