The Constitutional Court has reserved judgment in the matter between former President Jacob Zuma and the State Capture Commission. The court heard the Commission's application to have Zuma jailed for two years for failing to abide by the order of the apex court to appear before the Commission. Earlier representing the commission Advocate Thembeka Ngcukaitobi argued that Zuma must jailed for attacking the judges and making disparaging remarks against the Constitutional Court.
