This week we have special guest and podcast host, Sandro, dropping into the studio this week! But first! It’s been a DAY!!! Dana’s late trying to leave for the podcast because Spider-Man was at the door.

Back to it! We are getting to know Sandro and his many endeavors! Nathan met Sandro at wrestling and Nathan did Sandro’s podcast, the Independent Wrestling Profiles.

Sandro’s first got started with his video game channel called Pixel Opinions. Reviewing all things video games! They cover reviews, what’s new in gaming and discussing video game rumor mills. Also branching out into podcasts!

Sandro also has another podcast, it is called BS Bargain Bin. Going back to the old days of the $5 Walmart/Blockbuster movie bin. Putting your hand in and grabbing something random. How fun it is to go into a movie blind and just be taken away with the story

Lastly, Sandro opens up about his solo passion project, the Independent Wrestling Profiles. He’d always been curious about how wrestlers got their start in the business and what drew them into it. Why not go right to the source, the wrestlers themselves! He highlights him shooting his shot and asking his favorite independent wrestler to be a guest and the rest is, as they say, is history.

The guests keep coming! This week the NDK podcast welcomes ‘Rough House’ Jeff Black!!! And immediately, he wants to know what’s the etiquette on farts and has some big news to share as well.

Once that’s settled, Jeff tells us a bit about himself! From his humble beginnings in Goderich, Ont. to becoming a pro wrestler. Let’s get to know our guest! The people want to know!! Where is he from? First jobs, cars, we want it all!! As he mentioned first, and for those watching, you can see his guide cane, Roger explains he is visually impaired. He has a genetic condition called choroideremia, and explains how it all came to be.

Roger tells the funny story of how he met his bride and how he almost lost her immediately by laughing at her when she asked him out. Roger talks about his love of cars and the cars he’s been lucky enough to own!

Dana then talks about some other favorite childhood memories with her dad from snowmobiling, to trailer days and the classic dad game of ‘who sings this?’. She also talks about how Roger has raised her to be an independent woman, showing her she don’t need no man!

The next question sparked by this birthday, on the ride to the party the SUV they were in had a DVD player but no DVD. What’s that about?? You’ve got a DVD player but no DVD!? It begs the question if your vehicle had a DVD player in it… what DVD’s would you have in the car?

Let's talk about last night. NDK has some stories to share!!! First off Dana gets a little too lifted if ya know what I mean. Then BANG on the door and the neighbour is there asking if she smells smoke!?!? Obviously panic ensues. Leading to the fire department coming to check on all of the neighbours. Of course the cute one has to check hers out, right after letting one rip!!

Nathan and Janine head out for an adventure to see Nine Inch Nails in concert. Going down was fine, coming home was a whole different story. Now, Janine being the good wife she is offers to drive home. While Nine Inch Nails brought down the house, Mother Nature brought the ice. Seems to me like they were in a similar situation one year ago!

We are in the middle of the Olympics (at the time of recording) we were 11th in medal standing. Canada is not doing so hot. What it IS getting hot is the curling rink. Sweden’s Oskar Eriksson accuses Canada’s Marc Kennedy of cheating.

We were talking games earlier and Nathan was thinking of two of his favorite games, Scene It and Trivial Pursuit w DVD. Obviously Nathan kills the movie and music section. Just loving the interactive TV games.
