We're kicking things off with a tribute to our national anthem, from childhood introductions to the various versions over the years.

Then, we'll dive into past Canada Day celebrations, including NDK's favorite part: fireworks! Nathan's got some great stories to share.

The NDK Road Trip to Metric happened! Nathan and Dana headed on down to the big city of Toronto to the Budweiser Stage!

The trip starts off with smooth sailing down to Toronto, but when they get there, the parking lot is gone!!! Nathan’s as cool as a cucumber, pulls a U-ey, gets a parking space and Dana is just in awe!!

NDK gets there early, tailgates in the parking lot the real fun begins! A van of ladies, moms on the loose, pull up and have their own tailgate. The highlight was people watching! Waves of people walking to the venue! People of all ages and expressions!

Before going into the concert dilemma strikes! Nathan has two shirts a Metric and Jack White. Is it a faux pas to wear the shirt of the band you’re seeing? NDK did the official pose in front of the Budweiser Stage sign and chills out before the show. Metric, the show was amazing but with one complaint.

The Jackets are back in action, and you know what that means—Dana’s denim shirt makes another appearance! This week, Dana’s celebrating her new (to her) Ford Focus. Did she stick with her favorite color? You’ll have to listen to find out! Plus, do all Fords have a distinct smell? Dana consults Nathan (who can't smell) to see if she’s losing it.

Ever get something new and become hyper-aware of every little thing? Dana calls it the "Is this a problem, or am I just paying attention?" dilemma.

This past week our small town was bustling with the town garage sale! They came, they sold, they dickered. Both NDK households participated!!

Over at Nathan’s, he comes back from morning errands to find his garbage-picking neighbor there in the driveway, great! She then proceeds to become her own by-law enforcer, scaring off the potential buyers!! Then just today, who got people parking on the wrong side of the street!?!!

Over on Dana’s neck of the woods, she and her parents are having a combined sale. Dana is having a TOUGH time watching strangers pick through and walk off with her childhood.

One thing NDK agrees on is that if you see a buggy stop at your house, money will be dropped! We call them the big spenders! Also, you can’t talk about the garage sale without talking about some of the weirdos that walk up your driveway. Dana shares a story of reuniting with a stranger from the funeral home in the garage.

NDK agreed though, the roughest part is getting up that early in the morning!! Oh, it’s rough! And there are people who get up at 5 AM AND go exercise!!! Couldn’t be us! We talk sleeping, mattresses, separate beds, separate rooms!?

This episode kicks off with a random blast from the past… Supermarket Sweep!! Everyone remember that classic!? We reminisce about the old classic game shows and how they are coming back!! Remember classic Family Feud where the host kisses the women on the lips!? Try doing that today!?The reminiscing continues as NDK chats about some of the classic stores from downtown Elmira.

A huge storm rolls through town! Day starts out suspiciously hot; 30 in April to down pouring of not just rain!! And then, darkness. Power is out but not everywhere. Through it all, guess who left their car windows open!?!? Hint, it wasn’t Nathan.

We’ve covered a lot of what makes Dana weird, now Nathan is coming in hot with his Misophonia. This also extends to basically anything involving a mouth. Eating, brushing and flossing teeth… no one is safe! Here we go! Nathan goes OFF about flossers, dental hygiene, nail clipping and the etiquette surrounding it all!! And Dana?! Well she can’t breathe!!!

Nathan’s got another topic to bring to the table. Ever heard of a "Hired Sinner"? Nathan explains what it is and NDK gets into it!
