Recently, at a CPAC Rally, Donald J. Trump said that he shows strength as US President, in that no country from without will touch the US, but what about the implosion within from policies and talking points that promote divisiveness and vitriol, leading to a January 6th Insurrection. Such hypocrisy: here's a former President that incited/aided and did nothing to protect against the January 6th Insurrection talking about taking on corruption, imprisoning Marxists for toppling confederate statues. How duplicitous & pharisaical where Donald J. Trump can get away with Crimes yet create laws that punish criminality. All this talk accusing people of being Marxists and Nikki Haley spewing out the same nonsense yesterday calling the other side Socialists seems to suggest the potential marriage between Trump/Haley's campaigns. He, like Ron DeSantis, Florida's Governor, want to get rid of Critical Race Theory (they, some ultra-GOP, call Woke) thereby preventing black academics & black authors from academia & from financial gains; the usual strategy that prevents black people from wealth & prosperity. Black outlets, bookstores: please support black authors! Don't gatekeep, we have to face Trump, DeSantis and the Republican Party blocking our books. Please do not add to the list. Help the local community authors and black and brown authors. Suddenly all black writers are deemed part of Critical Race Theory. Thus, our books become branded as such. Needless to say, Critical Race Theory is important; how can we truly heal without appropriating the past?

Does Section 13 number 1 of the US Constitution, the Amendment that abolishes slavery, provide a loophole for slavery to continue today? This is Part B of Caribbean Thought Lecture 7: American Politics, with a special presentation by John Anthony Castro, US 2024 Presidential Candidate, Attorney, Legal Scholar, President of AI Tax and Castro and Company, a First Generation American who has worked hard from nothing to now a multi-millionaire, and challenging Trump a former US President. Mr. Castro engaged the students on a range of topics regarding American Politics and policy, the Constitution, Globalization, American Penetration, Strategy, and his candidacy and position on life and society. The students were fully engaged with Mr. Castro, who spent almost 2 hours wrapping with the students and answering their questions. There was one striking moment from the Lecture worth mentioning here: A student, Abdul, asked Mr. Castro, why is slavery still legal in America, citing the US Constitution Section 13 number 1 that says... Slavery is illegal in America, except for convicted Americans. Mr. Castro agreed that that is something he may have to revisit and that that may need to be adjusted to remove any loopholes stemming from that. The Professor, Rev. Renaldo McKenzie, pointed out that Slavery is illegal in the US, but that forced labor without pay is the punishment for certain crimes in the US which is slavery. However, while slavery is legal in those cases, more black and brown peoples who were once enslaved are disproportionately incarcerated and their poor realities and economic activities are criminalized which allows for their re-enslavement permitted by this said constitutional law abolishing slavery.  The Class ended with prayers lead by Hanif and Vote of Thanks led by Adul.  The class had over 25 participants and included two members of the faculty, The Head of Department Ms. Erica Campbell.  The episode includes Part A, which is replayed after Part B and then a Bonus music in audio by Rev. The episode explores the assertion that Black People's should not be rich, the other people's should be, examining cases where weed has been regulated to allow for those with capital and connections to capitalize on the product while Black and brown countries and people's were kept from exploiting it's gains. Now its decriminalization and legality doesn't make it easier for Black and Brown People to profit off the drug. it now requires license and capital which continues to be the strategy that leads to unfair competition and mixed economic realities.

Author T.L Jackson returns to the show to talk about her new book, "Purpose Through The Pain." In the studio was her uncle "Marvin," who joined in on the conversation, briefly, to talk about the book and how his uncle, T. L is his inspiration. He too has a powerful story that we will share on the show later. But T. L., talk about her inspiration for the book and how it differs from her first book, "I'm Not A Hypocrite, I'm Human." She begins this new book in 2021 talking about how she had to remove the masks from her life to reveal her true self. The book is an easy-to-read short booklet talking about her brief period of her life where she found herself. The book also provides spaces to write notes and for reflection asking several key questions about purpose. The interview was another powerful one, and of my best and favorite. We are growing and this one show growth especially in the area of videography. It was also my first live in face-to-face video interviews that I have conducted for broadcast and my first face-to-face for audio in several podcast episodes.

Why was the suit against the FEC dismissed and how has that prepared you for this new case against Trump? 5. How do you plan to respond to Trump's lawsuit attempting to dismiss your case? 6. How soon do you think that the US Supreme court will hear the case" Castro V Trump? 7. Do you think that there is some conspiracy or connection between the media announcing Haley as the first to challenge Trump and Trump's attorney attempt to accuse you of not being a Bonafide candidate?  Castro provided an erudite, legal and passionate response to these questions which you cannot afford to miss. He ended on a high note: What's the difference between the BLM protests & the January 6th Insurrection? He stated that both involve rioting or violence, however, when violence is directed at upending a legal democratic process, then that's where the two differ and depart. The BLM were marching against systemic injustice such as Police Brutality. The January 6th riots were attacking the capital to overturn an election, He elaborate and makes this pivotal point as we ended the interview.   On Monday Mr. Castro will formally respond to Mr. Trump's lawsuit to dismiss his Case against him. He fleshes out much of his rebuttal to the challenge citing precedence which some legal and political scholars may not have at first considered. He explains this precedence of the Bevin Vs the six unnamed and hos this provides precedence delving into Amendment 14 and article 6 section 3. Bonus Episode: In "Neoliberal Globalization Reconsidered, Neo-Capitalism and the Death of Nations," we make the point that: What is True of Putin and Russia is also True of all Former Colonial Masters. Moreover, President Putin of Russia stated in a speech on March 16th, 2022, and later in an article by the Russian News Agency, that the independence that Ukraine had was not the one Russia wanted. It was one that was Western. But this is true of Britain, the US and all other former colonial masters who freed their colonies and black peoples. The independence that former masters wanted to give to colonies has always been a diluted and wanted down one. If colonies and peoples do not accept their new independence as designed by the former masters, through debt, structural adjustment, spy agents and force they penetrate, invade and plunder to re-dominate and or depress newly independent and freed peoples and nation-states into submission. This addresses the wider issue of power and privilege which is the driving force behind neoliberal globalization, neo-capitalism and pseudo-communism. The idea of the nation and the doctrine of nationalism as defined by Elie Kedourie in "Nationalism" becomes lost in this constant idea of a world order created in the eyes of the master, driven by the WTO, World Bank, long standing arrangement between former masters who created a system that ensures their hegemony. Ukraine, Haiti, Cuba, Taiwan wasn’t supposed to threaten and rival their former masters and carve a nation in their own eyes. Hence through strategy the new nations and freed people’s realization and dream of the nation die and is subdued, given way to the dominant.

Today marks the one-year anniversary of the Russian invasion in Ukraine. I explain why Putin will not back down; his end goal and his ideological justification. Moreover, Putin, President of Russia gave a speech in Russia today at a Pro Russian War Rally that the Kremlin organized. The event had over 200, 000.00 Russians in attendance (according to the Russian News Agency). The world has been slow to act, but recently, US President Biden signaled more support in terms of more sophisticated weapons that defend against the Russians and to also attack. President Biden visited Ukraine and is currently in the region for a meeting with the US allies. China has indicated that it will support Russia, which is a move from its private support of Russia. They may have done so in retaliation of their spy balloon that was shot down. In this episode we share two powerful episodes where Putin laid the ideological foundations and goal of his invasion. When you listen to these episodes, they suggest that he does not intend to back down or leave Ukraine. This will set up an outright brawl as Ukraine becomes more equipped with better weapons. With all the dynamic surrounding this invasion, are we leading into WW3? The US has had to shoot down several strange aeronautic devices from the sky and the said China Ballon was said to be a spy balloon.

Moreover, his speech today was a repeat of his speech on March 16th, 2022, and an April 2022Article that the Russian News Agency reported calling for the Denazification and Full-Blown Genocide of Ukraine.
