What a difference a week makes...actually jk lmao there isn't much of a difference. The Mets are still bad. Errors on the field and the basepaths, unacceptable starting pitching from supposed aces, and inconsistent offense have brought this team to a 33-38 record as we are only 10 games away from the midpoint of the season. When will it end? In fact, they are so frustrating to watch and talk about that we actually spend most of the episode taking a spin around the rest of the league. The Mets embarked on a long west coast trip and have righted the ship in many ways. The Nephews are here to recap the Oakland sweep and Dodgers series as well as react to the Max Scherzer ejection. It's that time of year again for us Nephews to act like we're important. The 2023 class of the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown will be revealed Tuesday night the 24th so Sweet Baby J, Duanny B, and myself drew up our own ballots to get you ready. It took us three years, but we all finally agreed on a player for Hall of Fame induction! I absolutely love our HoF debates, it's my favorite episode to record each year, and this one will not disappoint.
