This past weekend, I myself woke up in a funk. As I was creating shift within myself moving away from the funk - I had the idea to share with you some tips!

Sometimes we could feel like our whole day is wasted or that it's going to be a bad day - however don't accept that reality for yourself!

At any given moment, we do have the power to create shifts within ourselves, whether they are mentally, energetically, emotionally.

I'm entering my 30's in a few days and all sorts of thangs arising within me and I KNOW I am not the only one.

I share further the feelings and reflections I've been having as I enter a new decade; pressure of having babies, relief of knowing more of who I am as I get older, the feels of looking back and feeling loss, gratitude for my decade in my 20's.
